she is the daughter of prince mohamed ziaeldeen who was the son of sultan mohamed rashad V and qamuraz kadin 

 also had an older sister called khairiy and also two brotheres nazim &

fawzi  

her family has been came to Egypt and used to lived in maadi 

lutfiye was married to hassan kamal and they had three children :

1- beyzade Jon rashad 

5 - may - 1935 

2- ahmed kamal

3- perizade kamal 

all of them born in Cairo - Egypt
